Our People

Gary S. Morof, CPA, graduated from Michigan State University in 1985. He began his career with the international firm, Ernst and Whinney, now known as Ernst and Young. He worked for many years for Zalenko and Associates, now known as Baker and Tilley, an international accounting firm with its Michigan office in Southfield. He started his own accounting firm in West Bloomfield, Michigan where he has been the firm's principal since 1994. He specializes in individual and corporate income taxes and consulting.

Our History

In 1994, Gary S Morof PC, Certified Public Accountants, began with general accounting and tax services for businesses and individuals. This developed into strategic planning for individual wealth maintenance, minimization of tax liabilities for individuals and corporations, and consulting services. We believe in "old school" principles, but we also believe in keeping up with the needs of individuals and businesses in this rapidly changing world.

Our firm is proud of our membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, The Accountants Guild, and the West Oakland Small Practitioners Group. Our staff of CPA's is licensed in the State of Michigan and participate in its Continuing Education Program.
